Tap during the moment
Start event when a student needs support, Escalating and Starting to calm as things change, Regulated at the end. The student is a number and a badge, never a name.
A timer in your pocket and a spreadsheet the school already owns. Nothing sits in between.

Tap what happened before, what the student did and what helped, then speak or type a short note. Dictation is transcribed on the device, and the audio never leaves it. A timer left running is flagged so it can't skew the averages.
Joined the warm-up after five minutes in the quiet corner.
Four taps produce the timing a paper note can't: how long, how much of it escalating, and whether calming is getting faster week to week.
The teacher taps Export and saves the file to the school's Google Drive folder. That is the only way data leaves the device. Nothing syncs on its own.
The school installs the Progress Grove Sheet in its own Google Workspace. It imports every hour, removes Roster names it finds in notes, holds back questionable sessions and builds MTSS overviews, meeting reports and family-report drafts. Reports that name a student are saved to a restricted folder.
See the architectureEvery Monday morning, the Sheet can email each teacher a fix list: the sessions held back from reports and what to fix, like a note that mentioned a student's name or a timer left running. It gives the date, time and student number, never the note text.
Grade summaries show each teacher how the students in their grade are doing: suggested tier, trend and intervention, by classroom number and badge.
These sessions from your Progress Grove app need a quick fix before they count in school reports:
Fix it in the app, export again, and the corrected session replaces the old one.
Never includes the note textStudents are listed by classroom number and badge.
Suggested tiers come from the last 4 weeks. The MTSS team decides.
If your school uses Gemini in Google Workspace, staff can ask it to chart the Weekly trends tab or build a dashboard from the MTSS overview in seconds. Those tabs use school IDs, not names, and Gemini only reads what the person asking can already open.
Build a dashboard for Grade 3 from Weekly trends and the MTSS overview.
Staff can also ask Gemini to work from the Progress Grove Sheet: summarize a week, draft a meeting report or write follow-ups to the team. It stays inside the school's Workspace.
Drafts are starting points. Staff review and edit before anything is shared.
